Re: Any plans for
This is going to be a rough one. My dad has been gone 25 years, and my father-in-law just passed away in May.
Kids are both out of town. Had a crappy last week with issues with one of the community service groups I work with. Was diagnosed as diabetic earlier this year, so cannot even drown my sorrows!
Think I will just hide in my man cave and veg out.
Re: Another Survey for ya
1. What is your favorite word? Melisma. Especially when associated with Mozart or Brahms!
2. What is your least favorite word? "Actually" - one of the most improperly used and overused words I know of.
3. What turns you on? The beauty within a person. Respect and receptiveness for the needs of others. And soft caresses almost anywhere on the body.
4. What turns you off? Rude and self-centered people.
5. What sound do you love? The sound of birds chirping ...

Re: Six Flags tomorrow
Dealing with some ish & some backstabbing SOB's.
I made some errors in handling some people who I was warned to be careful with, the warnings turned out to be true. I stepped back, reevaluated, admitted my errors and took the high road. Still was quite a depressing turn of events, but I am OK.
On the plus side, this is not work related, part of one of the several community service org's I am involved with.
Thank you for your ...
Re: Six Flags tomorrow
It's like 2100 miles for me

Re: I hate Phoenix
It is at times a blessing and a curse. It is a major leap forward from prior systems. My biggest problem is when data features available in PHX do not populate in Rate Plan Viewer making it difficult to be sure you are mirroring prior data plan as closely as possible.
Re: It's Friday!
Hey, that's my plan too! (Although I am sure the W will have some chores for me).
Re: Survey
NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!!
Re: I hate Phoenix
City or the system?
If the latter, it is one hell of a damn stretch better than the days of IWOF!
Re: Pre-orders for the Blackberry z10 is on!!!!
Better than I have had. Ordered one, makes 0.26% of my MTD orders!

Re: adding language
The Pantech Ease also supports Spanish, but otherwise you are correct. Recommend checking specs on phones next time.

Nitschke would tackle the hell out of you!

Re: Good morning!
Unshaved legs have never bothered me.
But then again, with a normally unshaved face, I should not be one to complain!
Re: True Story!!!!
You can't cure idiocy!
Re: The sound of chains rattling wakes you..
She learned it from her uncle.
If he can do it in the Die Hard movies, your paltry story line cannot stop her!
Re: The sound of chains rattling wakes you..
Buzzkill!
Re: Lawsuit claims Apple sold iPhone 4 with bad on-off button
I suspect that many mistake the Home button (at the bottom of the screen) with the power button (on the top of the device).
Re: Survey
If you could throw any fruit at someones face, which would it be? A Banana (am reminded of the Monty Python skit "Self Defence Against Fresh Fruit")
Would you rather fight an increasingly difficult series of animated chocolate bunnies -OR- a naked guy who isn't in the best shape and likes to wrestle? Guess I would go with the bunnies 'cuz I ain't wrasslin' no nekkid guy!
Chicken or fish? Yes, I had the lasagna (thanks to Leslie Nielsen & ...

can you rock a bikini?
Hell, no! Far too male for that.
regardless of bodytype, what is the age cutoff for rocking a bikini?
Sorry, cannot disregard body type. That is more important than age.

Re: Biggest Fears
After 59 years, most of my fears have gone away.
I guess surviving the cold war and Viet Nam eras, two kids, 28 years of marriage, the economic bumps of the last couple decades, plus the deaths of too many family & friends has left me rather numb.
Not much fazes me anymore.
Re: Sausage wrap
For contraception, the pill is more effective.
However, the pill does not protect from disease transmission.
You should worry about more than just pregnancy.
Re: Cinco de Mayo
In honor of the day, I had a sammich with extra mayo.
Re: After running 11kms
Only 7 miles? Should not hurt that much, unless you did this with no prior training.
If this was without working up to it, yes, was a bad idea!
