Lawsuit claims Apple sold iPhone 4 with bad on-off button

A lawsuit has been brought against for selling iphone with faulty power buttons.
It is said that Apple knows this issue and failed to fix it. And the power buttons of iphone 4 often broken shortly after 1 year warranty. And the iphone users need pay $149.99 replacement fee.

My launch day iPhone 4 had no problems with the power button that I had for 2+ years.

I suspect that many mistake the Home button (at the bottom of the screen) with the power button (on the top of the device).

I think it don't mean every iphone 4 has bad on-off button.
