best phone ever
i just got the lg extravert for my birthday and it is the best phone I've ever had. it has amazing features and they touch screen is perfect it comes with pacman and poker and a daily scoop for weather and stuff. The only thing i dislike about this phone is that sometimes when texting my fingers slip and hit another letter easily because the letters are very close together, and small so if u have big hands and like to text then i might not recomend this phone for you.Otherwise i love this phone.

I've had this phone for quite awhile. It's my first phone. I like it but the media messing seems kind of slow after so many messages. I don't think a slide phone should be that skinny, definitely needs so kind of thickness to it. Overall I give this phone a 4.5 of 5. Recently got a case on amazon and think it's much thicker and gripper. I don't think the calling is the best. Either it's my phone or the others because when I'm listening the other person breaks up.

It has a resistive screen...ooooooooooo!!
Thanks to Kathy...I figured that out. Man...was that causing problems or what?! Now...on to my review. The resistive screen is highly frustrating. I seem to like just about everything except for the touch screen. Most screens are not pressure screens anymore so having to press for contact is no longer a natural action for touch screen users so beware.
Pro: Sophisticated yet proprietary OS allows for sneaky integration of Exchange Email and Calendar features into the phone's personality. That REALLY rocks! It grabs Gmail and YMail immediately! The ringers are loud and it reads MicroSD Cards like lightning, pulling out the ringers from the folders it has predefined as ringer folders. Headset sound is wonderful.
Con: Ear piece sound is only mediocre to okay in quality due to occasional digital artifacts. Small and slippery as a wet bar of soap in an Attica shower. Touch screen is resistive.

good phone
I've had this phone for about a week. This is a great phone for people who've never had a touch screen and want to get one. I really like it because I can use my nails to dial and it doesn't require my finger. That's great. Battery life is good, you can hear everything. picks up a good signal. Not much to complain about.
