LG enV VX-9900

I configured my bluetooth and I can transfer my pics, videos, and sounds fine. The question is, how do I transfer my mp3s. When I go to my music and click "sync" it just says it can't connect and to check my connection. I don't know why it says that since I can still transfer my pics, videos, and sounds. Someone please help. Do you have to have a memory card in order to transfer? I only have one song stored on my phone's memory because I'm still waiting for my micro SD card to come in but I want to get the song to my computer. Again, someone please help 🙂
