I just need to know exactly what is needed to get music on this phone, what apps on the computer, what cords, what memory cards, etc. thanks

If your computer is not blutooth enabled then go to Ebay and search "bluetooth dongle"

It's a good idea to also have a memory card since the phone's internal memory doesn't have much space. I bought a 1 GB micro SD for $36.95 including shipping on Ebay and it's working great. The enV plays both WMA files and MP3 files and transfers go pretty fast through the dongle.

what about if i did not want to do it wirelesly. do i plug the phone with my micro sd card already in it, straight into the computer. OR does the card plug into my computer??sorry if this is really stupid, but i just dont really know that much about these things

U can just but the Music essentials kits from Verizon for 30$ it comes with a usb data cable a software CD and sterea bluetooth geadset i have it u also need windows media 11 or higher and yes u plug it in with the SD card inside the phone

yea just buy the MEK and as far as Widows media for a mac u should just let the software CD guide you through it
