I am now due for my every two upgrade. It is $100 towards the price of a new phone (probably the last time I'll get the $100). ANYWAY, I have the Q which I have no problems with, but do not want to lose the credit of $100 as VERIZON says that if it is not used within a certain period of time I will lost it. Should I get the LG 9900 or the WHITE CHOCOLATE??? ANy thoughts?

I didn't know I had to use my $100 credit right away. How long do you have until it expires?

you do not lose your ne2 credit. there is no time frame for that to be used in. now once you make a choice and actually do the upgrade then you will be set in to the tiered program for next time. which basically means if your plan is 79.99 or higher then you get the $100 credit, if however it is lower than that you will get a $50 credit insted.

as for phone choice i prefer the 9900. i have used the chocolae before and i love the phone ut the keys are too small for me to text adequetly and the touch screen can be touchy, other than that its an awesome phone.

i currently now own the 9900 and love. its small and not bulky just like the chocolate. its got a 2.0 camera mega pixel and auto zoom, just awesome.

to my knowledge there are no...

I actually called Verizon after reading the initial message about the time period and verified that the NE2 credit does not expire. No need for me to rush and get a new phone. I currently have the 9800 and love it. Right now I can get the en-V for $50 after all the discounts. I just don't want to get the phone and then they come out with a vital revision shortly after. This definitely is the phone I want though.

I paid $50 for the 9900.

When you get the phone, make sure on the two plastic black bars surrounding the internal screen you remove the plastic otherwise its going to look scratched out of the box.

The plastic is difficult to remove, but it is meant to be removed.

Officialy according to the rules of NE2 it expires in 6 months, but I have not seen them ever enforce this.
