does anyone know of a case or pouch thats available for this phone? Or was there a pouch for the 9800, I'm guess this phone might fit inside it. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,

Chris

Give this a try:

Just ordered one today. Hopefully it'll come the same day that my LG 9900 does... 😁

I will Chris!

Since I order this I have found out that you can order a factory back clip that is similar to how my LX6100 attaches to it's clip. I like the clip better because it would (I'm assuming) allow me to use the phone easier, and should have a swivel back. Of course the leather pouch would better protect the phone.

I ordered the horizontal leather pouch from LG and it is perfect. Fits nice and close and doesn't hang off like some pouches do. It makes it stay slim, doesn't bulk-up the phone at all.

Do you guys mean this one for $19.99? If so, I am going to order it.

I just got this case for my env and it fits like it was made for it. Really good quality, and doesn't make it too bulky. Only problem is t-mobile emblem, but probably could be taken off.

Sorry, I gave you guys wrong address
Here is the right one. It's the vertical leather pouch.

I bought the bundle that includes the charger, Jabra bluetooth headset, and case. At the store I tried the vertical leather holster (apparently for the 9800), but it seemed to be a squeeze. The dealer swapped out the leather side pouch for me instead (the one with the magnetic clip).

I really like it. I saw someone else post here that they liked it as well. It's a nice, snug fit, and the magnetic clip makes it easy to pop out when you need it, but tight enough that it will not fall out on it's own.

Just a note about that: some folks have reported problems with the magnet affecting their phones. I have not had any problems at all in this area, but I have seen some posts about it.

Hope this helps!

Yes, the magnetic strip disengages the keyguard which defeats the purpose of the keyguard. Plus if the case is under or near the phone, the phone blacks out and doesn't operate.

Really?

I can honestly say that I have not experienced this myself (or I may not have noticed it). I have the phone on all day in and out of the case... I have noticed , however, that the case has gaps in the bottom and if you put it in the case with the side rocker buttons down, you may trip them when you're pulling it out.

Regarding shutting off: I have had some wierdness with the phone and battery life. No problems while it is on during the day, but I have seen situations where I turn it off with two bars remaining, go to turn it on the next morning, and it is dead. I keep it in the case at all times. Could this be related?
