LG enV VX-9900
LG leather pouch/case?
When i swapped my V our for the EnV on Friday, I bought the plastic clip for it since that's how i carried around my V. The one thing about the plastic clip i didn't like is that thetop ppart evetually wore the paint off of the phone and make the phone not look so nice. On their website, LG sells a specially made leather pouch/case for the EnV. I've seen universal pouches for phones such as the 8100 and 8300 before because 2 of people I know (1 has the 8100 the other has the 8300) have the pouch and it seems like a goo idea because not only does it protect the phone, but since it doesnt clip into the phone, it won't wear the paint away. Does anyone own this pouch? IF so, what do you think about it? Is it worth it? Thanks for any input. So f...

I have a good suggestion as far as carrying your phone goes. Go on ebay and purchase one of the snap on cses. They come with a quick release belt clip. Not only does it make a great way to carry a phone, but you can also customize the color of your phone also. This is the best way I have found to carry and protect my phone. Just remember look around on ebay I purchased mine from city orbits. They had them the cheapest....

Thanks for the suggestion. I have seen a few of those clolorul clips already but I did already order the case/pouch. That's what I am saying. I also bought the plastic clip but I just don't want the top part of the clip to slowly wear away the paint on the top part of the phone. Basically , I want to protect my phone as my investment. Just like you're protecting your car by washing it and keeping it in your garage. Thanks again for the help though.

I own the leather pouch and like it a lot. I've dropped my phone a few times and it softens the fall.
Be forewarned that when the phone is anywhere near the pouch, the pouch magnet will black out the phone but does not turn it off.

Yeah, I love my LG pouch. A much better alternative to the plastic clip for a couple of reasons. With the clip, as said before, after unclipping it soo many times, the top part tends to wear the paint off the top of the phone. Not the case with the pouch because the phone sits snuggly into the pouch. Another addded feature is obviously the protection I don't haev to worry about i t accidently brushing up against any wallls anymore and scratching which is what I always hated and yeah, it's padded and is soft to the touch which is what I like.

I have that case and love it. I would definately reccommend it. Here is a site you can get it a lot cheaper though.............
