I don't know if my answer is somewhere in this forum, but could someone give me short step by step instructions on how to put the music on the phone I have the LG 8100 which uses the Windows Media player, I got as far as finding the music file when you plug the phone into the computer, and I found the CD on my computer in my CD drive, but I don't know how to get my music into the sidekick. If what I want is on the forum or someone knows where I can go to get my answer please direct me.

I don't think you can, as all music from Verizon's VCast service is digitally right protected. And I don't think the format is mp3. The SK3 only plays mp3.

yes I know it only uses the mp3 format, but do you know step by step how to add your own cd's to the SK3, that's what I'm tying to do.

the usb cable. when you plug it in, it should pop up on your desktop. open it, and click music. drag all the music you want in it.
should work, unless there is something i don't know about....
