I found one solution with a big BUT.

Give it a 0 byte alarm sound so it just vibrates, BUT it will vibrate forever and I fear this will drain the battery if I'm not around to turn off the alarm...

So to modify my original query...can you set it to alarm once, vibrate and/or sound just once?
