If it uses a charger plugged into the cigarette lighter, then maybe. In all my previous american made cars (ford, olds, buick, chevy) the cigarette light stayed powered with the key out. However in my two Toyota's (95 tacomma & 2004 Seinna) the cigarette lighter goes off if the key is off. I think I noticed a Honda like this, too.
