Motorola V190

I am a new phone owner and I was wondering how to change different rings for different things. like my ring tone would be one thing, and my voice mail another and so on...or simply is there a way to assign different rings to different people. I am so lost lol. I read this little book about 10 times and still feel like a moron. Oh and does anyone know of a place where you can get free ringtones?

Can anyone help me? lol
