Picture Sending Progress?

I switched to the a940 from the Sanyo 5600 a few days ago and finally got my picture mail working. However, it does not give me a progress bar or anything letting me know its sent. I go to send another picture and it says it's in que. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Thanks

I just watch the EVDO status icon as a judge for the progress...but yes, a status on each file would be great.
