Which Bluetooth Headset?

I'm looking for a headset for my a950. I'm currently considering the Motorola H500, HS820, HS850, Jabra 150 and 350V. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? I will usually have the phone on me or within 10 feet. I went to a Verizon store and one of the representatives told me the H500 isn't good for the a950. Anyone have evidence of this?

Thank you for any help.

H500-does work well with the 950 and is a very good fitting headset.

HS820-poor fit, too "outdated".

HS850-poor fit.

Jabra 150-works well, so-so fit.

Jabra 350V-works well, so-so fit, vibrate a little strong and will make your ear "itch".

Well I'm looking more for functionality. My friend told me his dad's headset isn't loud enough (he doesn't have any of the ones i listed). That would be a determining factor for me. Is there any of these headsets that stand out for each company? I would like one Motorola and one Jabra to compare to each other.

Thanks for the post, btw, Mary424

I have used both the Jabra 150 and the Motorola H500. I ended up keeping the Jabra because it seemed to work better and also is easier to use (to me anyway). I had clarity issues with the H500 and the buttons seemed harder to use after using the Jabra. Hope you find the best one for you! 🙂

I've had the H500. I thought the sound quality and volume was ok. However, I took back the H500 after speaking with a Motorola rep who told me that that particular headset drains the batteries of CDMA network phones quicker than other bluetooth headsets. I can honestly say, now that I have another bt headset, I can see the rep was right. Currently I have the Moto H700 but I'm about to take that back as well. For some reason, I keep hearing static in my ear. I hope I just got a bad one because the comfort, sound quality (when there isn't static), volume, simplicity, and look are awesome.

BTW, VW is not selling the H700, I actually bought it from T-mobile because they were selling it for the cheapest price I'd seen for a reputable co...

Blue-Ant... by far the best headset to date. I tried the 820 and the 500 from motorolla, and everybody said i sounded like i waas in a tunnel. But with my blue ant i can go 80 mph down the freeway, with after market exhaust no problem. The company is out of Austrailia but sold at Go Wireless.
