MP3 issues.

I purchased the Samsung SCH-A950 about a month ago. I am having problems getting the MP3 player working. I purchased all the correct hardware at Best Buy, but am having problems saving songs to the Transflash disk. I have been saving CD's to iTunes, Realplayer, and Microsoft Media player and none of them seem to allow me to save to the Transfash disk. I run Windows XP on a Dell D610 laptop and was told that it should work no problem???? Has anyone else had this problem or am I just doing something wrong? 😕 😢

You need to make sure the songs are really in an mp3 format. You can find free converters for this online and I think I saw someone say you can use Windows Media Player to do this.

Once you have the songs on your PC and they are in mp3 format, you put the card in the card reader and either "drag & drop" or copy and paste the mp3s onto the card from the location on the PC where they are stored. You don't actually use Media Player or Real Player to put the songs on the card.

Hope that helps.
