Samsung SCH-A950

I'm currently using it, and habe been happy with it thus far. The reception has been good despite the internal antenna. The only thing that sucks is there are no V-Cast games for it, and Sony Music Box isn't available yet

Interested in reception - volume and clarity (both earpiece and speakerphone) - camera - menus, etc.

I've had no issue with reception as of yet. The volume and clarity are good, but the speakerphone quality is not quite up to par with the 8100. The camera doesn't seem to be as good as the 8100's. And the menus are the standard VZW UI, love it or hate it

U think u can post a review? I would love to know more about the phone: camera, video capabilities, mp3 ringers, movie conversions, video wall-papers etc 😁 😁 😁

I am currently testing out this equipment. This handset is exactly like the LG VX8100. Same features. Interface is exactly like the LG VX8100 due to VZW is going with the LG interface with all their handsets. Great phone. VZW is selling this on 10/11 for $249.99 w/ a $100 MIR

Interface? Okay, please don't make fun of this, but are you talking about the menu? Also, I'm interested in knowing three main things about this phone:

1) Any fluctuating earpiece volume issues?
2) Any problems with camera delays?
3) Is the volume on the speaker loud and,
most importantly, clear? I know with some
other Samsungs, the clarity of ringtones
is really bad.

1) None thus far, however, I do use a bluetooth headset mostly.
2) None that I can tell
3) Downloaded ringtones are VERY loud and clear. The speakphone works well, but I think the speakers in the 8100 are of a higher quality.

1. Earpiece volume works great
2. No problems with camera delays thus far
3. The speaker volume is great!! You can even use the speaker phone while on a call with the flip closed!! Unlike the 8100, you have to leave it open.
