Nokia N90

I entered the contest in July and even contacted Nokia for a list of winners by mail. I never got a response. Are they still going to give away the phone "when" they make it? Has it been cancelled completely? Apparently, somebody bought one because there are reviews of the phone on this site.
If you have a contest, you can at least tell people if you cancel it, or is that too much to ask? Or, maybe I missed something...
