I'm having the same issue. Using WinXP Pro and the computer doesn't recognize what the phone is so it won't go through and load the drivers. Is there some activation code needed for the phone so that it will talk "USB"?

I am like the other guy. I have the data cable and when I plug in the computer it says I have an unrecognized device. I have downloaded your drivers. Yet when I try to direct the computer to the drivers I see the four folders and open the winxp but nothing happens or shows up for selection. I have read your instructions on the three drivers but can't seem to get past first base. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help you can send me.
