Help with Motorla Phone Tools
I tried searching the forums but I couldn't find anything. I installed Motorla Phone tools and went to live update and the current version i have is 4.04. Then i tried installing the driver from

and it wouldnt install. And when i connect the usb to the phone, all it does is initialize. wut am i missin here?

I've had great success with MPT and E815 without loading any software other than what came on the disk and what came in the updates that MPT does. I've done calendard and phonebook syncing, and dial-up networking, using both USB and bluetooth. I've never understood what these other drivers that people mention are about. Maybe they were necessary with previous versions of MPT.
In any case, just follow the instructions that come with MPT closely, DON'T install any other drivers, and see what happens.
