I got my e815 in NYC a week or two after they came on the market. Everyone's been saying how good this battery is (like a week of standby time or something), but I am having two problems with it:

1. Frequently I'll charge the phone in the later afternoon and then by the late afternoon the following day (or worse, the middle of the night the following day), the phone starts beeping at me because the battey is dying.

I would go into a Verizon service center explain your problem and have them test your battery to see if its your battery. If it is your battery they will swap it out for you. The thing is if you are using V-Cast or a lot of extra features on this phone and have changed factory settings such as having the back light stay on longer you wont believe how much quicker it will run down your battery.

When I woke up at 7:00am the next morning, my battery was beeping. I'm taking the phone down to Verizon with the instructions from howardforums to disable EV-DO.
