Charging/Turning Off
Great phone, love the E815 and I have had none of the problems mentioned by anyone else here. Although I have noticed and it does bother me that when I plug my phone in to charge, it freezes a second, then turns off. This is annoying and I don't want to have to deal with turning on my phone when I charge it. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, you have a problem now. What you are experiencing is not normal. The Phone should not turn off. I would have a technician look at your phone. Sorry! ☹️

I had a similar problem. Initially, I plugged the wall charger in while on vacation then plugged the phone in, "unable to charge" was displayed. I got home, plugged the wall charger in at home, it looped re-booting the phone. I used the charger from my T730, NO ISSUES.
Took the phone and both chargers to the VZW store near me, they couldn't duplicate the problem and it was fine when I got home, all they did was clean the contacts.
