Internal Screen
Would you say the internal screen on the E815 is as sharp as the 8100. I was in the the store today and the e815 looked very light compared to the color depth of the 8100, yet all the reviews say the e815 is more vivid, could this be the Verizon store lighting??

The preloaded pix are not as bright as pix you can download from computer onto transflash card. They come out rich and very vivid! 😁

8100 screen is smaller and saved pics as wallpaper from phone's camera aren't very nice. Pics from computer look awesome on 815, as well as photos from phone's camera.

The 8100 definitely looks better. I compared the two side by side, and the LG is sharper, and VCast videos look better on it. However, the moto has a slightly larger screen.
Also, does anyone know how to play recorded video in full screen mode on the E815? I was able to play VCast video in full screen, but couldn't when playing recorded video. The reason I ask is I want to watch compresed video (TV shows) on the e815 in full screen mode, but cant figure out how to do that.

The 8100 does NOT look better!!
I have played with both phones and can tell you the 815 has a MUCH better and larger screen🙂
What you need to do is go to menu> settings> Initial Setup> and then scroll to the contrast and brightness settings! Change them and there ya go 🙂🙂

Yes, it's true the 8100 displays are both far superior to the e815. And no the e815 does not have a bigger internal screen!

The LG VX 8100 is nothing more than a bulky phone that is an exact copy of a phone Motorola already produced known as the "MOTO MEGA" No its not available in America but if you do your research you will find that LG did a EXACT copy of the "MOTO MEGA" I mean the "MOTO MEGA" has much better features of course. LG has to come up with their own phones and stop copying off other companies and make use of their features of their rink a dink phones. Also they need to get some sort of reception on their LG Phones. Hmmm and than people wonder how i got the name Motoman!
