The ONLY reason not to have an E815 is it's weak vibrate.

You forgot the echo when using speaker phone and the echo when using Bluetooth headsets and car kits.

Just because "allot" of people have phones with "know" echoes, doesn't mean those that do are morons. 🙄 The problem is real for some, but fixable by exchanging the phone, or lowering the volume, or using the fix posted on HoFo, or any combination of the 3. Once solved, it's a great phone! 😁

I understand that. And coming to phonescoop for some advice is also a good idea. But a little corrective a...

I would venture to guess that 99% of cell phone users do not know that phonescoop even exists. They are not about to know how to perform "a little corrective action" on their phone. They will merely return it because it is defective and echoes.

All four of the ones I have tried have the echo when using Bluetooth headsets (moto and Jabra) or BT car kit.

Just because some people actually do experience a problem while you do not does not make them morons. You, however, do make yourself one by your ludicrous assumption, not to mention horrible spelling.

My E815 echoes with the Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth car kit. So did the first three I tried. I love the rest of the phone, so I kept it and anxiously await a fix for the echo.

I am going to try the HoFo suggestion to go to 13K for the Vocode setting and see how it works.

Unless you need bluetooth, stick with your problem free 8000. It is a solid phone and works great.

I had the 8000. Too big and bulky, no mp3 player, not as many features as 815. The 815 has better reception, is sleeker, smaller, mp3 player, and nicer UI with more features.

The LG 8000 is superior in every way to the E815, except if you need Blue Tooth and need to liston to music which in my opinion is absurd. The 8000 is a very solid made phon e the E815 is made terrible.

Ummm, have you checked the LG forum, or are you too busy trying to put down the Moto, or are you really just another closeted Moto fan? 🤣
