Does your phone creak?

I just noticed that my phone creaks on the bottom where the microphone is located and has a little play between seams. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this normal? I still love my phone, this is minor, I just don't want to be the only one with a creaky phone. 😁

Come on!!!! It moves a millimeter and you think that is a problem? 😕 Was your old phone "perfect"?

It is just fine, stop trying to find things wrong and just use it, make a few call and enjoy it!!

Then why switch from a "perfect" phone? 😕

I've liked all of my phones, including this one, but I can't say that any were really perfect!

I wouldn't worry. I think its pretty much the rule rather than the exception for Moto handsets. I noticed the movement on my v60i when it was new and got pretty obsessive over it. Well, three years of hard use later its held up well and was never a problem.

I passed over the V710 because it felt shoddy, but I've been impressed with the E815s that I've seen in stores. I did notice the slight sideways freeplay in all of them, so I think its just a Motorola thing. I'm hoping to NE2 an 815 sometime this weekend. (I was considering the VX8100, but it seems LG still doesn't understand the importance of solid reception over flashing colored LEDs). The first year warranty is on Moto and American Express will provide the second year, so I'm not t...

The creak I'm talking about is located on bottom of keypad, where the charger port is. When I was talking on the phone yesterday, it was creaking as I was holding the phone in that area. Almost like the top and bottom of phone aren't glued together tightly. I don't want problems in the future. I understand that the slight play on the flip is normal, that's not my problem. Anyone? 🙄
