Just got mine! Finally!
The Corporate store near me won't have them for a while, supposedly not until V-cast is rolled out here. The salesman I spoke with suggested I go to our "local" Circuit City (10 miles away), they should have the phone. They had 2 when I got there, none when I left, one had a DOA key on the keypad that I found before I left the parking lot.
So far, the interface is easy to work with, but this is my 3rd Motorola phone, so I'm probably just used to how they do things. I like the addition of the 'OK' key in the navigation circle. Makes some things A LOT easier, such as entering phone numbers as I was doing tonight. I've tried a couple calls to my work voicemail (no messages, lol) and the incoming sounds clear, so does the speaker. I act...

comming from the T720 myself to the V710... I think you will be happy about reception on your new e815. My V710 is much better than the T720.
