I have a 2005 Acura TL. With bluetooth I am suppose to be able to talk to people through my radio speakers. Does this phone work for this?

You could roll the window down and yell!

Yes, it works for this. I have an 04 TL and the E815 pairs and works nicely with the HandsFreeLink so I can talk to people thru the radio speakers. I also can talk to the little people on mars if I use the satelite radio in the car too!

Technology can be scary.

Can you use the voice dial and number dial features over the handsfree link? I think it would be awesome if you could dictate the phone number over the Acura's microphone and dial a number through the bluetooth connection.

🙂 You can use the TL voice dial and the TL phone book . You can not use the E 815 features when you are linked up to the Hands free link. The system works fairly well. Good luck 😁

My E815 and HFL generally work well together. BUT sometimes when I get the new call notification, and I press the button to pick up the call, the sound doesn't come thru the speakers. The call is still there, and the caller can hear me saying "Hello?" but I can only hear them if I pick up my phone and transfer audio. Suggestions???
