On the camera do i have to turn the flash on every time a take a picture.

flash is the little flashlight on the cover of the phone and if u need it u have to turn it on every time u use it

To learn about the camera, you can check the index in the manual. Starting on page 18 and going on for MANY pages is all the detail about the camera and video.
