I've been using my phone for almost 2 days now and i had none of those problems so i guess if u get any of those u can just trade it in for another one

I bought two and so far one has had the echo problem, not all the time but it's very annoying when it does. The echo is about a full second so there is no way I can talk with that going on. Both phones do not operate very well at all with the speaker phone, I think that's something I would have liked to use but it will not be possible. I have not experienced any freezing (so far) on either phone.
