ARE YOU SURE THAT THIS IS LEGIT?? WILL IT REALLY BE 149.99 with a 2 yr contract?? What source did you get your information from??

I can assure you that this price is legit, unless VZW decides to change there mind. It has been posted all over HoFo and phone scoop for one, and I work at a VZW corporate store and saw the info files. There will be no OBEX or DUN, no audio file transfer via TF card, per pages 29 and 52 of the users manual. The price and release date are as previously stated.

I think its $149.99 with a 2 year contract and than you get a $50.00 rebate and it gets you to the $99.99 price everyone is talking about but i will take the retail price I won't resign a contract with Verizon in any near lifetime! Plus I believe you get the rebate no matter what.

Yeah thats the prices I've seen too, however at radioshack I can bet that it will be cheaper than that. There is ALMOST always an additional rebate (usualy mail in) from radioshack in addition to the 150 that verizon gives you for signing up for 2 years.
