No this is a CDMA network and this phone has EV-DO which is for Verizons V-Cast and i dont think Sprint has anything like that.

If I'm not mistaken (and I'm not) Sprint is CDMA too...I don't see why this phone wouldn't operate on the Sprint network, but it would of course have some features lost because of Verizon being the true carrier..

If im correct Sprint runs strictly off the PCS network and thats it. Which would run into quite a few problems.

This phone itself would work on the Sprint network, but you do run into a few problems. First, Sprint may not want to put it onto you account since it isn't a Sprint phone. How ever, if you call customer service and strictly give them the ESN and lie about what phone it is (I've done that with Alltel), they may be able to get it onto your account. This phone has the 1900 mhz band which is the PCS band that Sprint mostly uses. When using this phone though, many of the features such as text messaging, GIN, mobile web, etc will be lost. Hope this helps.
