E815 release may be getting close
They just enabled the get it now apps on the phone tonight.

Mine started working last night, not many apps there. Like 3 games an some sort of contact sync software that's it. Search and some other items still get the same error. I was able to download the sync software free trial. Which was worthless but I did it.

I quite holding my breath for the 815 and will never believe another speculation on a phone release again.
If they were somewhat close on the spec dates it would be another story but 5 months is actually quite funny at this point.
Like I said in a previous post I am NOT buying the phone if it ever does come out. Just my own little way of shoving it up VZ's butt for dragging their feet as always.
I'll stick with the POS I have now. It rings and I answer it. Case closed.

Don't get a new phone and stick with your POS, that will really show them. Maybe they will stop production on everyting to rethink their strategy on testing and releasing phones.

What are you talking about? It was, and always has been 2nd quarter 2005. That gives them until the END OF JUNE for it to come out so there is still plenty of time for VZ to make it.

You took the words right out of my mouth they have till the end of June which marks the end of the second Quarter. I really dont know what that guys problem was but if he wants to stick to his old phone let him he dont need to come and uproar about it. There are things known as delays in productions and they need to mass produce this phone and do the final touch ups and all with this phone and every other phone.
