So the E815 is supposed to be coming out closer to the last week in may, and the a840 is out now, therefore despite the fact that the a840 does not have BT, and it is GSM enabled, what other features does it have that the e815 does not? I am seriously considering the e815 as my next phone, but want to know from all of you is it worth the investment? Thanks!! 😁 đŸ¤Ŗ 😎

The A840 is out but just not out to the verizon public yet not until i believe May 23 or 24. The A840 has a SIM Card and is more of a international phone where the E815 will be a verizon V-Cast phone. I did read a review someone left on the A840 he seemed pretty pleased with the phone and all just that it didnt have a video camera in it. So you should check that review out and compare the phones and see where the options match up with each other on here. But honestly the phone im waiting for is the CDMA version of the Razr to come out they are made Motorola just dont know where to ship them first there was a article about that phone on phonescoop.com on March 16, 2005 if you want to check it out it will be called the Motorola MS500 sinc...

I did some research, albeit minimal, and wasn't able to find any mention of Bluetooth. Is that an oversight or will the phone not have BT (if you know)?

IMHO, this phone will hardly blow "every other CDMA phone EVER made out of the water" without Bluetooth.

I imagine it would have bluetooth every other Razr phone has bluetooth. this phone is actually made out of metal not some cheap plastic like we are use to. What they are giving out are just the technical specifics they arent even giving out battery life or anything like that i imagine it will be the same as the othe razrs but it cant be called a razr because that was a contract agreement between Cingular/At&t and Mototola like Direct Connect was with Nextel and Motorola thats why they switched the name of this phone. If i find anything else out i will let you know!

hey im not in the corp world either im actually in the medical field and i still cant wear a cell phone in the hospital! have to rely on my pager! And Motorola dont make pagers anymore ☚ī¸ they havent come out with a price for the Motorola MS500 yet but i imagine it will be what the Cingular Razr 3 is going for which is about $370.00 retail i believe. But the prices will prolly be neck and neck comparison wise. But this phone is worth it its an actual solid metal phone no more holding plastic and this is the 4th version of this phone Motorola has made and the 1st verision for CDMA network.
