Does anyone know where I can get this phone in the U.S. and which carrier offers this phone...thanks

Mine was imported by a local independent dealer, I don't believe it is released here. You can get many on ebay now for about $500.
They are unlocked and I have used mine on both Cingular and now T-mobile.
