Picture ID on the outside??
So, have we figured out for sure if you can view the picture ID on the external screen or not?? I can't believe they would leave this feature off but i wouldnt put it past Verizon. Please let me know ASAP!! I might be getting it tomorrow and this feature is important to me.

No picture ID on the outer screen. you also can't put your photos as wallpaper on the outer screen. The vx8000 has all of this, Picture ID on the outer screen, your pictures as wallpapers on the outerscreen. Not only that but you can view your text messages and your gallery from the outerscreen and your mp3s. Great phone the 8000 eventho it is a bit large. I got the 8940 first because of its size but returned it in one day because it didn't have pic ID on the outer screen. Got the 8000 and not only can you do all this stuff but the your pictures that you put as wallpaper look great on the outerscreen.

I guess if it works for you, cool. I'm good with the pic on the inside, sometimes i don't want a stored pic to pop up on the outside at any given moment if you feel me on that one. Could make or break a date 😈 😈
