I have not heard anything about this phone being released on the verizon network. chances are that it is not. verizon doesn't like the bluetooth function very much and the lawsuit over the motorola 710 doesn't help things with the future release of bluetooth phones, if you can get the phone and try to hack it so that it could program on the verizon network, it is released on the metropcs network now, which by the way shares the verizon network
