How long to charge?

I recvd my T637 earlier this week from Amazon, and had a quick question about charging. How long do you have to charge the phone? Does the charging icon ever go away?

I charged the phone for approx 4 hours before first use, then I have plugged it overnight (7-8 hrs) for two consecutive nights. But it still continues to keep charging!! Will it ever say it has reached full charge?!!! Even if the battery icon is "full" when I charge with the phone on, it says "Optimized Charging" and if I switch the phone of, it just has a "Charging" icon.

Otherwise, I think this phone truly rocks!

The only way to tell if the phone is fully charged is to look at the icon on the upper right hand side of the phone. No the chargeing icon never goes away or indicates fully charged with the adapter plugged in. What I do is let the battery run down to about 1/4 full and then recharge it. If your planning on taking a trip or live in the "boonies' then I'd charge it everynight but if you live in the city, 1/4 full would be where I'd recharge it. 😎 😎 😎

This is not entirely true when you plug in the A/C adaptor you will notice the battery icon on top right is animated. This indicates the phone is being charged. When the phone is finished being charged this icon will stop being animated an...
