OK this is a stupid question but how do I remove the battery at the back of the phone? I just got my phone and I left the charger in over night and now my phone won't power up (although the red light on the joystick works when you insert the charger) Anyone have any recommendations? I thought maybe if I remove the battery and reinsert it might reset the phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Place your thumb right beneath the camera lends and slide the casing down. should slide right down. The battery will fall out easily once the back has been removed.

my initial charge was performed upon arriving home, and i left the phone on during. i ran the battery down through usage (BT, WAP browsing/downloading, contacts programming, picture/ringer/theme selections, options config) in just under 24 hours. when the low battery notice displayed, i charged to full with the phone on (approx. 3 hours to charge).

after the second full discharge i followed with a powered-off charge to full which took only about 2 hours. now that i've gone through 3 charge/discharge cycles i recharge while powered-on. that's the standard charging practice i practice and preach and i've never had battery insufficiencies with any of my hands...
