Alarm when phone is off???

Does the alarm work when the phone is off??? I know the T616/610 alarm does. Also, are there multiple alarms? And daily alarms?

Yes.

There's a recurring alarm and a one-tme alarm. No mutiple recurring alarms, to my knowledge.
