Phone is now Scratched

😢

Unbelievable, I have had the phone for 3 weeks now, past my 15 days from Radio Shack and wala, this morning I was cleaning the screen and there it was, the burned image of the KEYS it seems in perfect order like the keys touched the screen and burned in an image or scatch

Now what do I do

I can not return the phone its past 15 days, any suggestions from anyone?

I can not believe Mot would do this release a phone that clearly was not ready for prime time and Quality controlled

Please advise team, I am angry I spent all this money and now I have a scatched phone due to not me doing anything, but rather the darn space between the keys and the screen is too close

Thanks all

PS
Verizon, MOT are you listening????

The phone is covered by a one year warranty and this sounds like a defect to me. My advice is to take it back to Radio Shack and ask for an exchange. 🙂

I am a VZW subscriber also. It says that you cannot return it after 15 Days on the sales receipt. What about an exchange? Call their customer's support Toll Free Line. They are usually more receptive than the local stores. 😉

y do u care about scratches!?!?!??! 🙄 its a damn TOOL not some kind of $10,000 Rolex watch! Are you really going to baby it for another two years? My cell phones are always beat up. If i wanted to keep them as collector's items i'd put them in a safe and never use it!

maybe you have new owner euphoria - it will pass don't worry!

It's a flip-phone...

Bring it back to Radio Shack and make them replace it due to manufacturer fault (thus, manufacturer 30/90 day warranty). 🙄
