The settlement administrator has said that all voucher deadlines (even May 31) have been extended to June 18!

I received the same reply from the administrator byemail ALL phase 1 deadlines even my may 30th are extended to june 18th -- the returned v710 must be RECEIVED IN THEIR HANDS by that date not mailed or it will not be processed. they also said that any compatible accessory purchased may be returned with a receipt. I have found that if you purchased the phone or accessories at the store they can go into the system and reprint receipts. I was able to get all of mine going back 2 YEARS

The 18th is a sunday which means the latest you can send it is the 14th. The packing slip is for 2day delivery not including sat.

I got an email today from a settlement administrator and was told that it was "for certain claimants with extenuating circumstances," such as mailing errors and the like.

I have confirmed with the settlement administrator that the June 18th deadline is only for a select few. I don't know why in an earlier e-mail they said all phase 1 claimants, but if you have NOT heard from the settlement administrator or other officials that you date has changed, then your due date HAS NOT CHANGED.
