Re: WE ALL NEED TO COMPLAIN: HERES HOW
But let’s start with this, (I am giving everyone a quick lesson in consumer law) Motorola advertised the phone as having full functional Bluetooth and many other features that Verizon has chosen to cripple(all of which has been documented), and Verizon did nothing to counter these advertisements to alert the general public to the changes(which is also a documanted fact). This unfortunately gives many consumers more than enough ground to start a class action lawsuit and there is no doubt in my mind that that is exactly what we are going to see. Verizon is going to have to deal with the FCC, FTC, legislature, and a line of lawyers a mile long. If Verizon wasn’t so greedy and tried to suck every last dime nickel and penny out of their customers (you know the people that keep the company running by sending them checks every month, or the people who ultimately pay you verizonccemp) and would just activate all the functionality of the phone many of these problems would go away. And face it if Verizon doesn’t come to their senses it doesn’t really matter because there are many people who have already started hacking the phone to get full functionality and Verizon will end up owing millions in lawsuits. So either way the consumer wins and Verizon loses. Let me say one last thing verizonccemp you need to get a clue and realize that you don’t know jack, and you should go into work tomorrow and tell your boss that it is about to hit the fan and Morizon better wise up.
