any body know the resolution size for wallpapers?

I've been tryng to find the right resolution for pictures so i can set them as wallpapers on my v710,any picture i use that is set to fit to screen ends up looking blurry and too pixelated.Of course the wallpapers that are in the phone already look great.any ideas? 😕 ☚ī¸

E-mail one of the pics on your phone to your pc, then see what the res is.

yea i tried that ,i cut some pics up to the same dimensions but my pics are still too pixelated

you cut the pics just to the dimensions or did you also chage the res and compare file size as well?

The wallpaper resolution is 176x220 (same resolution as display) although part of it will be covered by the bar at the bottom of the screen.

Also, if you are interested, the pictures used for phonebook entries should be 166x162 (or something very close to this) to see the picture displayed in full resolution on the internal display when the person calls.
