connecting the v710 to my computer

What is the software and hook ups that i need to connect my phone to the computer. I want to do this so i can download mp3's on my phone and put some pics on the computer. If someone would could help me out. THanks

i would suggest the transflash card. it comes with an adapter and is quite easy to set up.
the only thing is its sold out everywhere except radioshack.com
