Crap I have to wait
Crap i found out that us employees will have to wait until about a week after its released to the public before we can get it. Thats just not right in my opinion.

A week????? Thats not right! I have worked for VZW for years and have noticed that we have to wait more like a month to two till it populates on the on-line emp. store. This sucks, but its worth the wait.

This is not only with this phone,
its with just about all phones 😢

I figured it would be about that long, but the information given to me by the employee accounts team (which is prob wrong) was about a week. I sure hope its not going to take a month.

I hate to deal with emp. accts. because they are the rudest, if not the most arrogant people on this earth. We (cust. serv. reps.) made several complaints to get these people out of the cust. serv. dept. I even changed carriers for a little because of their cust. serv. I realized that VZW has the best coverage and decided to come back when I heard the V710 was coming out. I have been waiting for this phone so anxiously and dont care what type of cust. serv I get. Thats how excited I am about this phone. 😁
