I hope you are emailing it to YourCell#@vzwpix.com

Try that and see if that helps!

I have learned that you cannot send to phone from some e-mail clients. In fact, the only one that works for me is earthlink and even then I have to use the web mail to get it to send to my phone. The only way that works 100% of the time is to go to www.vzwpix.com and log in then upload the *.mid file then send to you phone. When you upload you cannot play file on site but you can send to your phone and it will play almost instantly.

Did they say what they did to clear it up? That way I can skip the whole explanation and being put on hold, etc.

I think ngd75 meant the ring-tone has to be less than 20 seconds. I've heard less than 1MB.

Well, the ringtone ripper default is 25 seconds, but still have issues with some e-mail clients or using outlook.
