Can anyone from Verizon sales answer the following:
I had previously asked this question but I should have directed to to Verizon Sales reps who would be the ones who would most likely know.
The last two times I purchase phones from Verizon they had promotion deals at the time of my phone purchase. With Verizon sales folks reading these messages and the sale of the phone about 9 days away I figured they would know if any special pricing was available on the following:
Transflash cards
Bluetooth 820 Headset
Extended Life battery
cases or belt clips
The last 2 times they were willing to give my $10 off the extended battery.
So for those in the know do you have any information to share.

I am not a direct dealer but a indirect so our deals are going to be very different. We usually dont recieve a "new" phone till about one week after verizon gets it. But we can usually offer you a discount on any accessory plus well throw in things like a car charger for something that expensive.

yea i was just wondering......like the NE2...i know the rebate for 70 is from motorola so everyone gets that rebate....can you give the -100 for new contract renewal type of discounts..

On the V710 PDF launch document from Verizon (that's no longer accessible from outside their intranet or I would post a link) there was the following promotion. I'm glad I saved a copy of it to my hard drive.
"Customer will receive a free Y cable or $20.00 mail in rebate with the purchase of a Motorola Bluetooth Headset (66519) or a Bluetooth Speaker (6650😎. Offer available August 11th through October 31st."
All the other accessory prices listed on there seemed like they were regular prices.

Forgot to mention that the Motorola Bluetooth Headset 66519 appears to be the black HS820 from the pics in the document.

What is a Y cable? I can't imagine what this would be used for as if it's a Bluetooth accessory why would you need the cable.

A "y" cable is used to charge your phone on one end while you charge an accessory on the other end. 😁
