so once you have the tf card and you move an mp3 from your cpu to your phone, will you be able to designate that mp3 as a ringtone? so in essence, could i make anything that i have in mp3 format on my computer a ringtone? explain please

That's the way I understand it, but I do not have a TF card yet to do the transfers with. With Ringtone Ripper you can easily cut out 20second clips for ringtones
