How do I switch options?

Option 3 now sounds like a complete rip-off.

My contract is up in August, so I have to extend from my remaining 4 months of my contract to two years AND I will only be reimbursed for the amount I spend on a new phone AND there are currently no good new phones to buy...

what do I have to do to switch to option 2?

Not sure if you can any more? Wasn't there a deadline for the claim forms? Try contacting the settlement administrator and see if it's possible.

I spoke to one of the lead attorneys on the case: there is absolutely no way to change your original election. According to him - you are 100% stuck with whatever your chose before sending in your settlement form. Sorry. 😢
