Unfortunately, verizon has limited sms coverage around the world. I'm trying to use sms and send it via online to eastern europe.
Can anyone help me in finding a site(s) where i can do so? I've tried searching for it, but i wasn't getting anywhere...Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Awaiting for responses... 🙂

This is not true. I have friends in Eastern Europe-in Ukraine and i can sms (actualy it's more email then sms) them freely. That's how it works: your address is yournumber@vtext.com
In Ukraine they have something like that, for example phonenumber@sms.umc.com.ua Provider is UMC and each number has sort of email address! so u can send text messages to any phone but u have to know the whole extention such as @sms.umc.com.ua I have friends in Italy and i write text messages to their phones using same way but different email address! Hope it helps!

U have to contact your friends and they have to talk to their provider. the provider will tell the extention. I and my friend came through this problem couple years ago when we started questiong ourselevs how to sms each other! That was only way it worked! I remember we tried everything: we put 00 in front, then + infront of 00 nothing worked. So ask your friends to talk to their provider. That's true that u can sms certain coutries but what sms means? it means that u can type only phone # then press "send" and message goes to that phone #. what i did calls text message which uses full email address! good luck! why we cant sms everyone in the world? because verizon is CDMA standard and almost all others are GSM! that's why u cant sms everyo...
