Hi,

I cannot get my phone to work! I put in a new fully charged battery but all the stupid thing does is flash. The screen just begins to say Verizon Wireless!!! How can I retrieve all of those numbers?! I don't care about the pics as they are on the Transflash card. Please, should I buy a USB plug, and software package? There are hundreds of numbers, and I will be lost for the near year if I cannot retreive them!!!

Take it to your local VZW store. They might be able to get the numbers out for you.

This would also be a good time for you to invest in some type of phone book backup software such as Mobile Phone Tools and a USB cable. Keep backups every month.
